I am a former president of the Panamanian Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I am very committed to helping my patients achieve their goals in an environment of the first world and above all safe. I graduated from the school of medicine of the University of Panama in 1983; then I went on to train in general surgery and Plastic Surgery at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Before returning to the city of Panama in the year 2000, I was the medical director of the Institute of Plastic Surgery in Miami, Florida, where I practiced for almost 10 years. I have done training Fellowships in Aesthetic Surgery, Microsurgery and Surgery Skull and Maxillofacial.

I am an active member of several international scientific associations and co-organizer of the Congress Highlights of Plastic Surgery, an event that convenes annually since 2015, a prominent plastic surgeons around the world in Panama. Currently funjo as the director of teaching of our Panamanian Association of Plastic Surgeons, and I am the president of the congress of the Federation of Ibero Latin American (FILACP) Plastic Surgery to be held in Panama in April, 2026. I have 32 years of experience in Plastic Surgery

- In order to give budgets must first review your photos, and then arrange a video consultation via zoom.
- Before you plan your trip we will arrange everything with you, time of stay in Panama, where you can stay, all of the postoperative care required, recovery time, and of course all of the costs in writing.
- It is recommended that you arrive 48 hours prior to your procedure to meet in person with the doctor, the nurse and all the team that will be taking care of yourself.
- It is suggested that you come alone but if this is not possible, our nurses are fully trained and available to be with you during your recovery.
- We offer the Concierge service Premium. An escort bilingual you will receive, at the door of the plane. We pass and VIP quickie by immigration and customs and bring you to the hotel, and the doctor's office Picard-Ami.
- We have the Marriott Residence Inn immediately adjacent to the hospital and our office so that you will only have to walk a few steps and change of elevator to get to all your appointments before and after surgery.
